Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RocketKit (the “Service”), operated by Celix Technologies LLC (“Celix”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a license, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, Celix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as described in the RocketKit Commercial License. Your rights and restrictions are defined in that license document.

3. Prohibited uses

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the Service.
• Sharing your access with unlicensed third parties.
• Using the Service to build a competing boilerplate or starter template.
• Attempting to bypass security, rate limiting, or authentication mechanisms.
• Using the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.

4. Payments & refunds

Paid licenses are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated on our pricing page at time of purchase. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or the RocketKit Commercial License. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celix Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Celix Technologies LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
